Visceral Work
Including the Viscera in Structural Integration
It is my privilege to teach Liz Gaggini’s Visceral work. The course is taught in three modules. Each distinct module is four days long. The modules will be scheduled every month to give students an opportunity to integrate the work slowly into their practices as these techniques are very different to standard structural work.
This course is open to all bodyworkers with manual experience (not just Structural Integrators). If you have questions about whether this class is right for you, please contact me directly, miriam@rolfbrooklyn.com
Course size will be limited to eight people so that everyone gets personal attention.
In between each module there will be a zoom study group, giving students the opportunity to ask questions and talk strategy.
The first module is a prerequisite for the second module and so on. If you are not able to make the first module, I will be teaching this course again in the future. Students who have taken this course in the past please contact me directly.
Each module is $800. If you register before October 1st however, the price goes down to $700.
If you would like to receive the work from me after class is over, I offer visceral sessions are at a discounted rate for students. Please email me about booking a session.

Hi, I’m Miriam
I have had a passion for movement and the intelligence of the human body from a very young age. From the beginning, I wanted to experience every kind of movement practice from modern dance and yoga, to boxing and cycling. At Sarah Lawrence College, my intensive study of dance lead to her interest in anatomy and physiology, and went on to receive a Bachelors of Science Degree from Edinburgh Napier University in Sports and Exercise Science. Rolfing seemed to be a very natural progression as it married the beauty of movement with the body’s own natural capabilities and complexities.
